Because you are not aware of the appropriate regulations concerning the carriage of cigarette lighters, and fall foul of an efficient and diligent security officer, you automatically believe you have the right to cry "scam".
This bloke was only doing his job and you took it upon yourself to insult him with "I told him he will have nice xmas for family with money he will make from lighters he has taken".
Perhaps you will be more careful in the future before you attempt to belittle a bloke undertaking a difficult task for very little reward.
