I'd do Ubud for 2 or 3 nights only...unless you want to do day trips from there in which case more would be ok. I'd go to Novotel in Kuta, lombok for 2-3 nights. lovely resort and cheap if you get good price online. only takes couple hours all up to fly then get driven there.
My advice would be - 3 nights Sanur . 2 nights Kuta,lombok , 2 nights Gli Trawangan..catch boat to padang bai then . 3 /4 nights Ubud and last couple nights Legian or Seminyak . of course all depends on how much shopping etc you need to do
