You do not get much for that price.
If you wanted to stay in Poppies1 Kuta you can get a good deal at the Masa Inn (Google), a double room for two 400,000Rp and a double room for one person for 250,000 per night night with breakfast, a total of 650,000Rp.
This is a very clean, modern hotel with 80? air con. rooms. 60 tv channels and two very clean pools.
We stay there regularly.
Alternately there are few backpacker/ surfer hotels in the same area hotels such as Kedins Inn, Persona, Ayu Beach Inn, AP Inn, Fat Yogi's and the Secret Garden Inn.
