I had been with Telstra for quite a while,but only on a pre paid deal. The girl I saw offered to put me on "roaming" but I said I wanted to use a Bali sim. No more questions ,she just took my phone and unlocked it,said enjoy your holiday in Bali,and that was it. No charge at all. I'll be taking the phone to Bali in Feb!! Oh also,I then went to the Vodafone shop and now use my Telstra phone with a Vodafone sim for a MUCH better deal!! By the way gunn parker,it was the Telstra shop in Midland Gate,Perth.
