They are a budget airline but have some terrific prices from KL to UK. My friend just went to UK Perth-KL-UK, dont think he flew into Heathrow, it was another airport....but he said they were absolutely fine. No bells and whistles, but the price was great!
You should be able to get easily from Bali to KL.
