It's towards the southern end of the beach just before the Sanur beach hotel. Not a warung in the strictest sense but cheap and cheerful with tables on the sand and the view spread out before you. Most mains including fish are about 30,00 rupiah.
There's two other near identical ones Donald's and I can't remember the other.
The closest you'll get to a warung on the beach now is past the Mecure Hotel.
We only discovered them last trip when it was too late to try any.
