Treehouse restaurant email address?

Does anyone know if there is an email address for this restaurant, we have a rather large group approx 20 people ( 40th birthday celebration), travelling in July 2010 School hol's. Also wondering if people think it would be best to book something in advance or just do it when we arrive.Thankyou.
