Of those mentioned, Seminyak would probably be the go.
The Bukit is a bit far out, and without a self drive car (unlikely for first timer) you would need taxis for just about everything.
Jimbaran is not so bad, but still does not have the plethora of eating/shopping choices as Seminyak.
Seminyak is also handy to Legian/Kuta, and I'm sure that you will want to experience these also.
