Yes health issues are a major concern when on holidays. Just for your info the greatest rise of numbers for HIV in WA are with hetro men that work up north. That TRAVEL when on leave to places like Thialand and Bali.
So it is a issue and as there is a place for people with HIV in Bali there are the numbers.
So be aware and not just with love u long time or kuta cowboys. It can also be locals from ur own country.....
