In Sanur we paid about 35,000RP for half hour massage on the beach, but you could pay around 70-80,000RP for one hour in salon.
T-shirts depend on your good bargaining skills! But don't ever feel like you have been "ripped off" if you pay more than somebody else pays. It's all part of the fun!
