It does not happen very often but I agree with Baldie.
Ron and Irma are exceptional hosts and will go out of their way to make sure you have an enjoyable holiday.
You have certainly picked the right accommodation to be enlightened about the delights of Bali, although it was noticable that the tree of knowledge grew an extra metre last August during my stay.
Sanur is not as busy/hectic as Kuta and it is delightful to walk or hire a pushbike and ride around the streets and the beach front and enjoy the cafe's, restuarant's and bars.
As for the last three questions, your sensory delights of Bintang will be dulled very quickly, your virginity will be no more, and Ron is about as gentle as a Labrador/pit bull cross:)
You will enjoy your stay!
