If you havent received a booking number and conformation via e-mail your card hasnt been touched it didnt happen to us but to a friend, he rang and got through and they had no booking for him, so NO BOOKING reference number NO debit.That was his experience anyway hope it applys to you as well,apparently from his phone call to them it does happen a bit.
