I paid one nights deposit for my booking for May next year and had to pay a deposit for my daughters rooms for June and August next year. When I was there in August to book for next year there was no mention to us about one nights deposit however as soon as Desi saw us in November she asked for the deposits for next year.
She explained everyone now has to pay a deposit and it was not refundable. You can move around you date/month but they want a deposit.
Desi was desperately trying to contact a girl who booked 20 rooms for June next year and she was aked to pay a deposit when she was there in June and she left without paying the deposit for the rooms.
I didn't find out the outcome but if you're reading this and its you, ring Desi to pay your deposits for next year.
