last week. Went online but didnt show the room that I wanted so rang them direct and made the booking. they sent a reservation form which i filled in and then about an hour later recieved email confirming all the details. It asks for your cc details but not charged until your there, (have checked my account and nothing has come out). A friend has just booked online and no problems there..
