We have always enjoyed the best chilli crabs at Made.s Frangipangi Restaurant which is next door to Gazebo hotel on Jl Tambligan. We order the crabs the night before we wan,t them and they are still alive when we go to dine there, they are then steamed with chill and ginger and served on a huge platter with finger bowls, claw crackers and are absolutely the best, enak. We have been enjoying these for the last 14 years and always excellent are visit to Made, S,s is mandatory when in Sanur.
