As sherbet says, ignore the domestic flights which will arrive at a different terminal anyway. Plus, Indo travellers and KITAS holders on international flights won't be going through the VOA bedlam anyway - they have their own section of to the right of the VOA mess. But more importantly, flightstats only gives the scheduled arrival times, not the actual landing times due to departure delays, congestion, weather etc. When a whole bunch of aircraft arrive together, it's air traffic control that allocates the landing slots, so there is no way that flightstats could give you exact real time stats.
