back in end of aug our friend we were travelling with fell on the last day and broke her foot. the hotel rang and spoke to airasia and the arranged a wheel chair to meet us at the entrance, she stayed with us all the way to the plane. jumped all the lines at immigration. loaded on to the plane by bus, the hardest part was she hadto jump the stairs up the gangway. had the same seats on the plane but had a spare one between her and her husband. concierge at the perth airport took us off the plane after everyone else. was taken through customs ahead of the lines. god alot of unhappy people, daggers in the back as we passed them. airasia couldn't done anymore for her. going back in jan and taking friends elderly parents with us to deliver to them (they are on the morn flight). he can't walk to far. needs a wheelchair. just worried the booking screen with fash red at us as serial wheelchair bookers. sorry a bit long.
