Okay I'm blushing now so I will get this off my chest.
I made the booking through Go Holiday for my family of five. They don't give you the option of one room for 3 adults so I entered 2 rooms - 1 room 2 adults, 1 room 2 adults and 1 child (0-12yrs). My son is 12, the others are older.
So when I was on the last page and providing details of ages it wouldn't let me enter the year of birth as 1996 (he turns 13 on the last day of this year and the trip is in December) so I entered 1997.
They also asked for passport numbers. As I hadn't got the kids passport numbers I entered - don't know and it let me process the booking.
There is a clause that specifically says that all the info you provide must be accurate or they may not abide by the transaction.
The hotel has a policy of children being free is they are under 12, although some travel agents allow kids under 14 to be free for that hotel.
It's a bit of a dilema.
