I can understand your frustration and unhappiness about a toaster that is 8 years old.

This is an example of the poor customer service being offered by hotels in Bali.

You are to be commended upon your patience in not complaining earlier during this eight year horror period of undertoasted toast.

If you were to take this matter up with the appropriate tourist industry body and/or the Indonesian Government, I am sure it would be treated with the importance it deserves.

By the way, I also would like to know what is a "ren"?
