I am concerned that you feel it necessary to ask this question of strangers on a travel forum, and trust that you will be guided exclusively by the advice of your oncology team.
There is no doubt that you will receive well-intended opinions and case histories from genuinly caring people on this forum, but as every case is different with its own peculiarities, only those with all the details of your position can give you a qualified answer.
When you have been given the "all clear" that there will be no problems holidaying in a destination such as Bali, only then should you travel.
Please accept these comments in the spirit in which they are given, and I sincerely hope your next Bali holiday is a memorable one.
