? re booking direct with hotel

Hi,

Has anyone ever booked direct with a hotel through their website? Any problems with doing this? We are going to book direct through Ubud Bungalows but I am a bit worried about giving my card details to them. I cant find them on any of the hotel booking sites so have to go direct.
