Its a bit of a walk.
Turn right out of the front entrance, walk all the way to the end (Padma Utara)and turn left then take your first right (Garlic Lane). Ketut's is in a small laneway on the left before you hit the 'art market stalls'.
Its probably not the easiest place to find if you don't know where to go but you will find the costumes all over the place. At least this way you have a rough idea of how much you can get them for. I also got the boys spiderman costumes last year. Sooo cute.
