I don't know where it was exactly, just near Denpasar. Our friend Daniel drove us there. I have spoken to locals about it sometimes and some know about it and others don't. Thats probably not too much help, ummm maybe ask a taxi driver and see if he knows. You'd want him to wait for you too I'd say.
The maximum size shoe they had for females was 42 and they had only a few of them. If you're a 38 or below you'll be in heaven.
The Expo starts about 5 or 6pm and goes til about 10 or 11pm every night. I think it started on the 13th for 2 weeks (give or take a day or two).
