another great read. I think it is great that you had "hard" butter. I too just put it under the toast for a minute or two. I hate it when you have the packet on an angle pulling back the seal then it pours out all over the place like oil!!! Have had it runny at a few places and it it is horrid and tastes rancid! LOL
