probably...Windows updates have not yet realized that WA hasn't got daylight saving and your computer is probably out....saying that my computer is right 8.49 and the Bali one says 7.49.....I had to go into my clock settings and reset the time, had to do it a few times as windows Vista keeps readjusting it.....I'm not techie minded so I couuld be wrong.
