I have used this jewellers a few times and the first few times everything was wonderful. My husband and I had matching white & yellow gold rings with a diamond in it. Hubbys diamond fell out. We found the diamond and took it to "Elvis" at Permata Dewata to repair. It was only when we went outside in the natural light that we realised that Hubbys ring was now "all yellow gold". We went back inside and told Elvis, who insisted it was like this when we dropped it off (????).
So as not to sour our holiday we decided to let it go. When we got back to Australia we went to our normal Jeweller who told us that the diamond that we had taken up was now infact a nice piece of zircona and the ring (although a very good copy) was not the one we took overseas. To prove this point he weighed the rings. My finger is much smaller than hubbys yet my ring was heavier than his.
The point of telling you this is to just say make sure you get what you paid for.
Cheers
