as we didn't fly PER-KL-DPS. However, I can say that if it's a 3x3 configuration (you can see the con fig by going to 'manage my bookings and change seat' that row 1 has a bulkhead. In October we flew MEL-KL in Premium economy and there was NOT enough room to fully extend the legs and I'm only 5'6" (don't know what that is in old money) KL to Penang was a 3X3 and happy to be placed in row 3. It made all the difference.
