more likely than a villa for that price.

Unlikely to get anything like you want for that price for the Legian area.

You may be lucky & get a simple 2 bedroom local type house further out in say Kerobokan area or a larger house in Tuban (usually no pool)

If you use a real estate agent or site you will pay more (as you will even if a local goes looking for you - paid commission)

Long term rental is usually classed as about a year & upfront payment of 1 or 2 years is required.

You don't say how long you mean by long term but if you are looking at an extended holiday of perhaps 3 - 6 months then look in Bali Advertiser & perhaps more basic bungalow/villa complexes.

That said however these are usually a lot more than 3.5million a month even for a one bedroom hotel room.

Better to be on the ground there to check out options first.
eg book into a cheap hotel for awhile & look around.

Good luck
