3 hrs prior to departure to check-in, as this is when most check-ins open. But in Syd check in for PB to denpasar doesnt open until 2 hrs prior. They were actually still checking in passengers for their NZ.flight. So we just lined up(2nd in line) and waited and by the time check-in did open the line up was horrendous.
Dont know why they only open 2hrs prior as most people had started to arrive when we did.
