With several airlines flying, there are flights quite regularly to Lombok from Bali. All on similar schedules.
Personally I would book once you get to Bali - just walk down to the domestic airport from the international when you arrive. You can then shop for the best fare and most convenient flight.
You will pay more than double if you book through a travel agent
