hi we did the vip service IF i had not used murti i would have been in line for 2 hours the day we arrived was hectic though it was the beginning of school hols.
we went to kl while in bali and on return it took us over 1 hour to get through.
i did not see her rep line it took us approx 20min in all.
you pay murti wonce outside not rep.
