(hope the spelling is correct) is what i say to explain my son's multiple disabilities.
Those two words come in very handy when we're going through immigration because my son is an adult and they wave me back when i try to move forward with him. There's no way he can go it alone.
I point at my son and call out " Dia orang chat chat" and immigration are quick to beckon me forward with him :)
