has Aspergers(form of autism) and he has been going to Bali since he was 3. He absolutely loves it and is a different child when we are there. Not as many meltdowns.
Your jbr brought back memories of his 1st trip and on the plane going over to Bali the whole time(6.5hrs) all he would ask was "wheres nana". I thought "Oh my god, what if this is how he will be for the next 4 weeks". But once we got to hotel and he saw the pool that was it. Every minute of every day was at the pool. But he hated waterbom,screamed the whole time had to leave after an hour. Finally realised that it was too many people for him. Took him til he was 8 before he enjoyed waterbom.
We go every year, he has many friends over there and looks forward to playing with them. He often asks when are we going to live there.
