Ron is more than happy to assist along with most of the others who are posting.My advise is to take note of what they all have to say,slow down on the telling all what your intended business plans are because if it may be slightly viable someone in the know may crank it up before you get a chance.You seem to know little of the visitor visa system but want to start a business.
Do your groundwork before starting any venture in Bali & please listen to others.Advise is free.
