got back last niight with a friend who was rolled on friday night in poppies 1 early hours of the morning. He got in a cab outside paddys but when he said that he wanted to go to KTH, off poppies 1 the driver stopped the car and told him to walk up paddies 1 from legion street. Unfortunately it was around 4am and he had been drinking (as nearly all of us do) so he proceeded to walk. He said 3 guys approached him, vaguely remembers someone touching his shoulder and then he remembers looking and finding his gold chain, bracelet and camera gone. He wasnt hurt, but has no recollection of how or what happened. Someone has told us that these people either hypnotise or blow something into face to cause memory loss. Whichever my friend cannot remember a thing. Yes mayby he shouldnt have been wearing the chain but it was his wife's who had died a few months back and he was a bali virgin. Im hoping it hasnt soured his holiday, but want to warn people not to go anywhere on your own in those little gangs.
