After you have paid several years rent up front, fitout etc, can't really see how you can have a profitable business if you are trying to undercut Australian prices.
Please tell me that you have at least five years experience in retail selling the labels you wish to buy for your shop here.
If not it would be quicker and much less heartache to put your money in a pile and burn it.
I admire your dream but without homework and experience it won't come true.
