Well, what an idiot. If he only thought to himself, would I leave that amount of cash and valuables in my broken down car at home in Australia he would not think twice about it. It is the same world wide, given an opportunity people will steal. Balinese as wonderful as they are ( not saying that is was a Balinese person ) given the opportunity will try to better themselves by taking the risk of getting caught, knowing that the penalty is far worse than what we in Australia could ever imagine.
As Darren Hinch would say "Shame Shame Shame" for being so stupid.
