Am planning a May trip with friend

We're after somewhere nice, with nice gardens, in a central location. It'd be nice if we found somewhere close to the eateries, with not too many kids.....Don't know if that's possible, but are there are any good suggestions? What's the Garden View Cottages on Padma Utara like?
