Just got back yesterday from the BGH, they are building 24 or 28 new rooms, did not interfere with out stay at all. The room we stayed in could do with a lick of paint and some new furniture but at the end of the day its just a bed to sleep in and the rooms were clean. The hotel itself was really enjoyable and the staff fantastic, have stayed before at the Melasti, Padma, Dynasty, Lokha, Kartika Plaza and this was by far the most relaxing hotel, the pool area is great fun and very relaxing. Would recommend without blinking a eye.
