If you have genuine concerns about the service or value that you have got from a business, make sure that you identify the business concerned properly if complaining.
If it is just "near to somewhere", or they wore this colour, it may lead mistaken identities, and other businesses are unfairly implicated (Especially with many businesses of the same type working in close proximities).
Grab a biz card and make a negative note on it, then you can identify the business concerned accurately.
