People are now accepting the legality of the service, although it took a "white Australian based travel agency" to get the message across, which is a bit of a worry.
Along with the resolved issues of legalities, people are appreciating the option of either using or not using the various levels of services available, just as they can at many airports around the world.
I believe that the service is of particular value to yourself, as in the twilight years, every minute counts, whereas for myself of much younger years what's an hour here or there??!!
It is good to see the issue de-personalised, and the matter of legalities (for the moment anyway) resolved.
Maybe people will now just get on with using or not using the services as they choose.
