Unfortunately they are up in Legian, not close to the Dynasty at all. Carla Spa is in Melasti Street and I think they have another on in Padma Utara Street and the Briella Spa is also in Padma Utara Street to the right of the Kumala Pantai hotel when you come out of the entrance (street side).
You could take a taxi ride up that way as there is lots to see or I'm sure you could find some good spas down your way, not sure what ones as haven't stayed dowm Tuban way since 2000 but I'm sure others on here would be able to recommend some.
