Stayed in a privately owned apartment in July with our 4 & 6 year olds. The apartments are great, with kitchen, large fridge, 2 x TV, 2 x DVD etc. Great toddler pool, and always other similar aged kids around the pool to play with. Should cost you around $80 per night, so well within your budget.
