Bali also 12 years ago,where going to go to vanuatu (we are from akld) but my travel agent friend said go to Bali,well we loved it.!!been back 4 times,however we stayed at the Novotel nusa dua,and also did 5 nights in Lombok(awesome) at the hoilday inn we have been back to lombok since and stayed at the Alang Alang very nice also.But there are a few nice places on Lombok try looking on tripadvisor.Hope this helps.!!We are going to Bali in may and are trying candi dasa have found these 6 villas owned by an aussie guy and they look like paradise and he has been an awesome help also..
