I'm thinking you have to pay them, they'd have no ability to tap into your bank account, unless it was some form a payment authorisation you completed, but I cant think that would be the case.
Some banks allow you to do international banking transactions to transfer the money from your account over to theirs in Bali. Depends who you bank with, otherwise you might need to visit your bank and pay for an international transfer. There will be a nice fee attached to doing it usually :)
