Smoking Policy and Designated Smoking Areas
There are no smoking areas within the Brisbane Airport International and Domestic Terminal buildings.
As per the final changes to the Queensland Government anti-smoking laws, which took effect on 1 July 2006, smoking is allowed outside the entrance to the terminal buildings when standing more than 4 metres from an entrance.
A smoking balcony is located on Level 3 of the International Terminal after security.
