If you have a special request email them and ask for what level you would like or phone them and they maybe able to switch rooms around.
This has been done before by other guests, ask to speak to Desi, Luhnik or Tina. The boys at the KP front desk are really not that helpful, as its easier for them to say no.

Just to make one thing clear any room at the KP is a good room as they are all the same the deluxe rooms. I like the old section purely for privacy as another poster has mentioned different blocks offer different views.
It's a excellent hotel, good value for the money and one of the best 3 star properties in Bali.
If it were me I would phone them.
