Chances are that any given room you may request will be already occupied when you arrive anyway, especially since many of the popular hotels are at capacity most of the time now. Besides, unless you've stayed in every room, how do you know which is the best one? One person's idea of a great room will vary from the next person as well. Some like being right on the pool, others don't. Some like being tucked away in a quiet corner of the grounds, others like being in the hub of all activity. It's all too subjective to say which is the 'best room' at any hotel... unless you're somehow paying top dollar for a royal suite of some sort. :)
