Hi I have used the scoot boat many times and find it the quickest and most comfortable way to go over. We book online with them prior to going. I then ring them when we arrive and then confirm pick up time by their transfer mini bus on the morning you are catching the Scoot. The shuttle takes you to their office in Sanur to pay and pick up the tickets then back on their mini bus down to the beach to catch the scoot.
Their website has all the info and times for Scoot. I think the morning one would be best in case the seas get rough later in the day.
Perhaps sit at the back of the boat in the open and freah air may help???
Have a good trip. I loooove Lembongan. If you havnt been before do go all around the island and cross the Suspension Bridge to Cenigan Is.
