Matahari department store (Kuta Square)has the biggest range. Look for the big discount signs to get the best deals, and be aware that items like shorts, shirts etc are not grouped by item type but by maker - which means they are splattered all over the store.
Carrefour is basically a supermarket, but has clothes items as well - but range is limited.
